Set on a beautiful site overlooking Wentworth Golf Course, this home blends the client’s love for California living with the charm of Southern England.

The main house spans two stories over a basement, designed to suit the local climate and planning codes, with a substantial portion below ground. A large garage accommodates the client’s car collection, featuring a rotating turntable for display.

A central light well and glazed three-level staircase lead to a striking entry, reached via a bridge that creates a sense of openness and connection to the surrounding landscape.

Inside, the formal living and dining areas flow to the terrace, garden, and pool.

The design prioritizes a strong connection to the surrounding landscape and mature trees, offering a backdrop for the changing seasons.

The palette blends modern brick, climate-resistant wood soffits inspired by California style, and black metal accents, provide contrast to the warm tones of the stone and wood.
