This January, Sensus Design Studio with this custom home design sets the mood right going forward in 2025,
Describing the renders for this beautiful Burlington, Ontario home that we see here, they say;

‘Pointing out some of my favorite details that I recall from watching Jesse’s creative process is the funnest part of my job around here.

With that in mind, I wanted to highlight a unique compositional feature of the Transitional Country Home: the footprint.
Unique footprints are a standard of Jesse’s design process when the lot at hand allows.

In this case, Jesse used the prestigious size of this lot to design a long, winding driveway leading to a front courtyard. The courtyard is made possible by the unique “T”-shaped footprint he designed, making it feel as if the home wraps around guests upon entry, both in the front and rear yards.

At the rear, a similar concept is achieved through the extension of the kitchen wing and covered loggia, which features a fireplace with a unique Tudor chimney detail.

This poolside cabana can be enclosed and includes in-floor heating for those chilly nights.

It also offers a great view of the surrounding gardens!
Which is a sight for sore eyes.
At the front, it’s worth noting that the garage design was a specific point of interest for Jesse. He envisioned this wing to resemble the horse stables synonymous with historic renditions of this design style.
The result is a historically informed reinterpretation of a classic style.’
